20-minute introductory call
You’ll talk to a verifier, not a salesperson. We’ll talk through your reporting purpose, likely scope and deadline, then explain how verification and your free readiness review work. You do not need a finished inventory or documents ready for this first conversation.
Who you’ll speak to
We don’t have a sales team: nobody here is employed to sell. Your call is with a technical specialist. Ask the questions you need answered. The aim is to solve your problem and find you a route forward, whether that is with us or with another provider.
Unless you ask for a change, or we agree one with you, the verifier on your first call leads your verification and stays your contact throughout, from scoping to the final statement and in the years that follow. You explain your scope, data and systems once.
The independent review is carried out by a second verifier who has not worked on your inventory, as the standard requires.
